Worst Nando's I've been to. I've done many visits in the last year and the vast majority of times the chicken has been dry and burnt. A couple of times it was fine, but very very inconsistent.

Another major complaint is that takeaway orders would take an unacceptable amount of time. I would arrive at the restaurant, my food would be READY and sitting under the heater, but they wouldn't hand it to me for about 15-20 minutes. Pretty terrible service in that respect.
