Wait time 20 mins
Ordering. No mango, no Caesar salad, no coffee
Loyalty card. Not scanned
Waiting time, lost count of how long
Complaint to manager. Didn’t care less, lot of BS, no apology, little effort
Food. Mediocre, chips cold, no warmth of service
Leaving. No goodbye, sorry or eye contact despite walking past manager
End result. Quite offended and trying not to let this experience spoil any future visits to Nando’s (certainly not this one again)
