My comment isnt going to be sugar coated at all. I eat at nandos alot because i love it here and never ever have i experienced this! We came in me and my boyfriend and absolutely noone came in to seat us. Everyone was in the back corner having a conversation when the store looked empty. We didnt take it into account we can see the staff here are young around our age too so we were not bothered. My boyfriend proceeds to order, all good. Until our food comes they give us Plain instead of the medium we ordered, we asked if it was okay for a change and what did they give us? Our plain chicken back with your signature MEDIUM SAUCE. i ask the waitress “did you just put sauce all over the chicken”? she tells me no and that it was cooked straight from the grill. So let me ask why did it take about 5 mins for that medium chicken to cook?? So appauled with the staff, the one serving us and her colleague are walking around laughing standing in twos when the table a few meters down isnt cleared isnt wiped from before we arrived ! absolutely appalling

What a horrific experience!!
What a horrific experience!! Plain chicken should be thrown into the bin. No chicken should die not to be marinated in the sweet and delicious medium sauce.
