RYN28BringAMate was a very enjoyable evening that saw 17 members of the RYN community check out the very impressive Old Street Nando's that opened in December. This is a funky Nando's with lots of different colours and styles spread throughout the restaurant which has a fairly large downstairs area with lots of comfortable sofa seating and an amazing Barcelo design on the wall.
The staff were very enthusiastic and did everything they could to help throughout. They even went so far as to give the quiz a go and recognised Milton Keynes Xscape Nando's in the Name That Nando's section!
The free starters went down well including wing roulette and chicken drumsticks. My double chicken wrap was perfectly prepared and delicious. The sweet potato mash was lovely too and is fast becoming my favourite side to go with a wrap!
I hope that the other Nando's opening in London this year (Clerkenwell, Colindale) are as awesome as this new Nando's!
