Staff were really good. The young girl who took the order was great and we had a good laugh and made ordering really pleasant, she needed help applying my NHS discount and the gift cards I had with support from another member of staff who was really good with her and me.
Don't usually come to this Nandos as the Elk Mill is nearer, but it's small and louder noise, glad I brought the family to this one as it's a very different ambiance and a very good team of staff catering for customers.
We got the full family platter: 2 chickens and 5 L sides and this was more than enough for us all, the rainbow slaw went down well as did the brocolli. Nice to see healthier sides added to the menu.
As usual, the food was great, but if you are used to the Nandos standard of food, the actual restaurant makes a massive difference as is the case here.
Think the family have switched and found a better Nandos for future meals.
A big well done should go out to the staff team as a whole especially in times where there are long waits. Btw, we went to Elk Mill and the wait was 90mins. At Oldham centre, it was 50mins.
