Oxford - George Street - Marc Joss Review
I don't remember having to wait for a table in quite a while but this was no problem on what was a very enjoyable Saturday afternoon spent in Nando's. I introduced some foreign members of staff at the summer camp where I've been working to Nando's for the first time and the other Brits were of course well accustomed to the peri peri chili.
The staff did their best to accommodate us in the most comfortable way possible giving us the choice of waiting slightly longer to have a booth or take a normal table straight away. Our stomachs' desires ended up winning the battle as we opted for the quicker route and headed up to order straight away.
Food started arriving swiftly and was of a high standard. Big portion sizes, lots of sauce and it had a kick to it.
As for the decor, the empty bottles which line the ceiling have to be the stand out feature of this branch. There are hundreds of them and they smoothly oscilate through the branch with some of them acting as lights too. Check them out above!
All in all, definitely worth a visit!
