Ordered on the app and waited over 20 minutes for glasses despite tables that were sat after us receiving theirs. Trying to get someone’s attention took 10 minutes >

I always choose this restaurant despite it being further from me as some Glasgow locations as it long stood out to me as the best in the area for service, standards, and atmosphere but this visit was disappointing.

I Had to wait half an hour for meal, said to team member and had to wait a further 10 minutes. Forgot my garlic bread, when it came it wasn’t even toasted also the halloumi wasn’t cooked and just flung in a wrap. Very disappointed! Wasn’t team members fault as he seemed new.

I was so disappointed!! Chips cold. Staff freshener then up when told but it meant an even longer wait! Burger bun solid!!! Couldn't bite it. Tried to cut (saw!) with knife. Yuck.
Chicken nice but omg soo expensive for what we got. I can't believe people rave about Nandos! Never again.

Heading back up to Scotland, so a very short detour off the M8 took me to Paisley! This Nando's is located on the Phoenix Retail Park - which is about 1.5 miles from Paisley St James train station. There is free parking on the retail park... while there were no signs up immediately around the section by Nando's, I believe it's free parking for up to four hours, especially as there is a Showcase cinema on the retail park.
