I travelled to Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia... Just recently based on the service and food I expect from my UK Nandos we went to eat at Nandos at the Pavilion in Kuala Lumpur... Initially we expected the same if not similar service... Far from it... Order is taken at your table ( took several hand waving to alert staff that we are ready to order). Ordered piri piri chips, expecting the piri piri chips to be smothered with the piri piri spice's... But ! Nope... They said they don't do that here ! Then handed me some piri piri spice's in a little ceramic pot. Poor service... We thought they busy and didn't understand our English !
We went again after a couple of days and ordered something from there local menu, yellow rice with piri piri chicken pieces and some soup... Both served after good half hour wait cold... Food on this occasion poor and the chicken smelt.
Staff were not interested and did not even try to empathise.
Couldn't get hold of Manager etc...
Sorry to complain Nandos... But ! That particular site let you down Big time.
