Stopped into this Nando's on a Tuesday late-afternoon. It's in the Aylesham Centre, which is in the middle of Peckham. The centre has a Morrisons, which gives free parking for two hours. It's also just a couple minutes walk from Peckham Rye or Queens Road Peckham train/tube stops.

Arrived here around 3pm and it was almost empty. The inside is very impressive - vaulted ceilings completely clad in a wood lattice effect. Lots of colour on the walls - none so more than actually on the stairs up to the toilets. Plenty of large booths at the front and a very large seating area by the door. An excellently decorated Nando's.

I went for the chicken pitta with chips and it came in under 10 minutes. Not had the pitta for a while and was a bit disappointed at just how empty the pitta was. The chicken was juicy though. The chips were an average sized portion and cooked nicely.

Staff were very pleasant - especially for London, and open for a chat.
