I am absolutely disappointed with the service from Daps in Peckham and this is the second occasion where he has been very rude and unprofessional. On my first visit I was made to wait for over 15 minutes whilst he was having a laugh with colleagues, not serving any customers. I asked him if he was going to serve me and his reply was ‘wait can you not see I’m talking’ which completely threw me off guard. He then told me he would not add enough sauce to my chicken as there was not enough. I gave him the benefit of the doubt thinking it was a one off bad day however today is the second time he has been extremely rude and dismissive. He gave the wrong order and refused to change it. The number of times I visit Nando’s and the amount I spend, I do not expect to be spoken to as if I am begging for free food. It is totally unacceptable
