I love Nandos and I had never had a bad experience before until I visited one in Peterborough. I have ordered chicken livers medium spice, but they were too spicy this time. So I've asked nicely a waitress to change it for me to lemon and herb spice. However, this time it was worse. It was really spicy still, but with loads of lemon juice squeezed over it. Was so disappointed and asked a waitress to change it again because the taste was disgusting. Only this time they made us wait over 30min and a waitress who brought it over to us was really rude didn't even apologised and seemed annoyed.
At last, the whole staff was looking at us and laughing, was really uncomfortable atmosphere. Was no need for all of this, as I was being really polite with them.
Will not be visiting this Nandos again. Very disappointed in staff.
