The restaurant itself is fairly new, but each visit I find the ladies toilet gets worse and worse. Not the usual standard of Nandos toilets I'm used to and I've visited restaurants across the UK. This is my home town Nandos and it disappoints me to give a poor rating.
This is the second time I've complained about the toilets, once on a previous visit in store.
The ladies toilet looked like it hadn't been properly cleaned in months, there was built up dirt and fluff. The toilet roll dispensers had their covers off and on the floor and the floor had sanitary towel wrappers and tampon applicators on the floor, the personal hygiene bins overflowing. The toiler door handles where broken. Perhaps it says something about the customers too, but the failing toilet hygiene starts to make me question how good the food hygiene is too.
Although service and food is good, they are slow in restocking bottomless drinks, napkins etc. It seems anything that needs regular checking (like the toilets) does not get the attention it requires.
Please sort it out, so that I can recommend my home town restaurant with out reservation about the toilets.
