5 (Under 5 mins - I had only just got back with my cutlery and sauce)

2 (Quite disappointing - seems rushed, may have some parts burnt)

3 (Standard Nando's, nothing bad, nothing exceptional)

Speed of service was brilliant the food tasted good but didn’t look it. After finishing my meal I went up to order a dessert and realised that the front grill was absolutely filthy, definitely shouldn’t be cooking on it as needed a good clean, I work in nandos in east anglia so I understand the cleanliness standards and it did not comply. I spoke to the manager present and she said she was going to get it cleaned, after 15 minutes we finished the dessert and as I left the front grill was worse than before.
The visit all together was a good experience but cleanliness of the front grill just wasn’t where it should of been.
