I am extremely irritated and disappointed with the food I got from Nandos Randfontein...I posted about this before on IG as well, yet it just continues! I ordered (for the very last time, thank you for killing this dish for me) an original Boujee bowl, and since its inception (first one was amazing) I've ordered it many times and it has declined in quality till the point I am now...instead of baby spinach I have been receiving LETTUCE!!! How can you advertise spinach and give lettuce??? Then dont say spinach and dont charge for spinach either!!! The red pepper was burnt and looked rotted to me, and the whole dish was so dry it was inedible...I had to add my own sauces at home...Lastly, the price on the menu showed R65, then when i checked out it changed to R70...why??? Delivery charge was a separate R20...so what was the additional charge? Each item increased at checkout...
I am extremely disappointed...and I will never set foot in or order online from Nandos randfontein ever again...
I hope to get a response at least...cos Nandos only had time to make jokes these days...
