Redditch - Pompey Ranger Review

This store is within the Kingfisher shopping centre which has the big names such as Primark, Tk Max, Debenhams, Marks and Sparks and Wilkos. There is also a cinema. I would recommend parking in Car Park 1 where it is only a short lift ride to the nandos and Parking pay before you leave is £1.50 for up to 2 hours, and £2.50 for up to 5 hours.

The store was quite empty and very well decorated and clean with colourful features.

They got my order wrong so they took my chicken back to change and i started eating the chips while i waited. Turns out the waiter who served me decided to go home without passing on the information to the other members of staff. After about 45 minutes of waiting i decided to head back up to the till as no one had been over and I still had been waiting on a check back so still had my Barci on my table. This is where after showing my receipt, lack of bones and I think a phone call to check that was the case i finally got my chicken over an hour after I had ordered it. However the manager did make amends by bringing a new portion of Large Peri Peri chips and refunding me my dinner and was very apologetic once they had confirmed with the member of staff that he had left without sorting the original wrong order. Then again if they had got the order right in the first place i would have been exceedingly happy with this store as the atmosphere was good in the store.
