The girl who greeted us (she had red hair) was very miserable and didn't even seem like she wanted to exist, let alone talk to people.
The girl who served me at the till was extremely quiet and was difficult to hear. Was friendly but just very quiet. She told me I had a reward which would remove the cost of one of the meals of which I then found out upon paying only removed the mains part and I had to still pay for sides.
The food was below average in terms of temperature and flavour. My salad was super dry and I hardly ate it. The mash was overcooked and had the burn marks from the microwaveable container. The fries / chips were dry and seemed like they had been hot held for a long time and the corn on the cob was flavourless and burnt yet was supraingly the best part out of the entire meal. Very disapointed. Super angry. Not what I expect from my local nandos and this was the 2nd worst experience I've had (my visit prior was very good though which made me want to return)
