Additional Comments - This will make you stand out in the competition! Unique aspects? Student discounts? Parking tips?:

We arrived and #NandosRichardsBay (outside Town Square Spar) this morning around 10h00. We couldn't see the complete range of drinks on the menu in the drive through so we proceeded to the first window. We were greeted by a very bored Nosipho who clearly was not interested in having any customers. She behaved as if we had just rudely woken her up. In addition to constantly clearing her nasal passages (obviously suffering from a severe post-nasal drip - not something you want to hear when you're ordering food) she was rubbing her eyes while talking to us. She barely made any eye contact and kept looking elsewhere, like she had something else to do and somewhere else to be. She was unfriendly. She couldn't answer half our questions and proceeded to incorrectly repeat our order back to us at least three times. It took her forever to enter our order into her computer. Eventually she got it right and we paid and moved on to the next window. The girl at the next window asked us to wait out front because she needed time to make the Galaxy shake. We then parked out front. It took forever for them to bring our drinks. There were two customers inside. There were no other customers waiting. Concerned that our cold and frozen groceries were going to have to be thrown away (it was 31 degrees and there was no shade to park under), we eventually called the manager to find out where our drinks were. He was fairly non-committal and clearly wasn't interested in doing his job. Just as I was about to go ask for a refund a woman arrived with our order. She was in absolutely no hurry. It was like she had heavy weights tied to her feet. We have been to Nando's a few times and only once were we happy. They get orders wrong. They act as if they are doing the world a huge favour by being there. They don't know what items are on their own menu. The staff are mostly unfriendly. They can't answer basic questions like "what milkshakes do you have?" Heck, at this stage there are only two milkshakes on the menu!
