


The restaurant was quite busy when we arrived, with a few dirty tables around. The online ordering system was a bit confusing, so we ended up queuing at the counter, which took a while.
What stood out the most was that there appeared to be only ONE waiter handling everything. Musa was running around doing it all—he cleaned our table, took our order at the counter, delivered our food, and even brought us tap water and glasses. Despite being clearly stretched, he remained polite, friendly, and served with a smile the entire time.
It’s hard to believe Nando’s only had one staff member working front of house during the lunch rush, but Musa was absolutely amazing—he did the job of at least three people!
