I am not happy with the manager call back. I complained about the fact that my 9 month old daughter never had a place to sit and all the manager had to say was sorry and she is sure there was and should be. I was so shocked that i was speechless. I then received a follow up call fro someone else asking if the manager called of which i said yes and i mentioned that the manager had not even offered Goodwill for the reason of my daughter not having a seat. I also mentioned that they needed to check the footage as i needed to fetch the pram in my car for my daughter to sit on.
