Secunda - Anonymous Review

I am tired of Nandos Secunda...Each time I go and order a full chicken and I request at the cashier that it should not be cut, it should be half done, it should be mild with extra mild sauce.....on over 3 Occasions I have gotten a Nandos that is burnt, overcooked, and with no mild sauce. I am even tired of asking for extra sauce. Everytime I have to check my order and its very disappointing to pay the amount we pay and not get what you asked for......The cashiers sometimes have attitude when you give certain instructions. They give you a bad look. The whole staff needs to be changed. I've bought Nandos from Tsakane Mall it was perfecy, I bought from Harrismith it was perfect but Secunda where I live it is rubbish. And after my last orser I agreed with my friends and family that we would never buy from that Nandos again......Worst part is curfew is at 12 and Nandos closes at 10 but by 8:30pm already they are cleaning, not taking anymore orders and people would still have not come for some of their orders......what nonsense.
