Driving up North for work, I thought I would stop at a Nando's close to the motorway. Little I knew it was 'student discount night' at the Meadowhall shopping centre, so the place was flooded with people, and it wasn't the quick in and out I had planned.
After waiting 10 minutes for a table, I was served at the till straight away by a Nandoca who seemed genuinely bored, and wasn't very friendly at all. The food was brought over quickly, but no one came over to take my cock during the meal, so a poor 2/5 for staff here.
Food was actually pretty good, with a hefty double wrap with cheese and pineapple, which just about held together, and had a decent level of spice. The chip portion was huge, almost feeling like a double helping, though sadly didn't have much peri spice, or this meal could have got a 4.5/5.
As for decoration, the circular decoration on the ceiling was probably the most noteworthy aspect, though nothing special.
Won't rush back in a hurry...plenty of other Nando's in the North I'm yet to visit!
