Meadowhall Nando's looks absolutely stunning from the outside in the very pleasant Meadowhall shopping centre. It has huge block lettering saying Nando's sitting on the floor impressively as you walk up to it and contains a wall covered floor to ceiling with eye-catching multi-coloured pots. This is a definite 5 for decor. Previous reviews are from a previous era, but this is the first one since the refurb so please bear that in mind!
The restaurant started to get very busy and a queue developed outside around midday, but luckily we got in early and had no such problems. The food arrived quickly but was not the best. I had to ask for more peri salt as the initial sprinkilng was not on the generous side. There wasn't that much sauce on the chicken and it wasn't spicy enough so 2.5 for food.
The benefits of this Nando's lie with the decor as well as the shops and cinema nearby. There is also free parking which is always a bonus!
