We have always gone to this Nandos before but the standard has changed a lot. There were a lot of staffs walking around but still service was so slow. We didn't even have a paper menu and the QR code would not work on our phone. Took ages at the till to order. Was told there were no glasses for water as they had no one to wash the glasses. We did not enjoy anything and would not go back there.
