This store is in the lively west street area of the city and if like us your eating there on a saturday night you will be treated to a view of hen parties staggering around outside, which makes this the ideal place to eat before a night out.

I was turning up with a group of Swedes and phoned ahead and they were kind enough to put aside a big table for all 15 of us. Being late at night it was quite dark outside and quite dark inside too, I know they have recently benefited from a refurbishment as I had turned up during it taking place but the make over didn't seem overly cutting edge and is quite a standard nandos inside.

The food was remarkably quick, the only thing that held it back was that it was a bit dried out, especially the breast piece and i had to douse it in sauce to try and re hydrate it. The sides however were good size portions and had no problem with any of the starters or sides. I did explain when a few of the Swedes were asking that its not always that dry as it was their first time in a Nandos.

They were running a offer if you bought a humous you got double points which I made use of though you had to specifically remind them. Two of my friends were told they were only allowed 1 stamp between them as they had paid between them even though they had bought the humous and when they asked about the double stamps were told again they only got 1 as had shared a bill. They weren't keen at giving out stamp cards either.

We also had to wait on more knifes and forks being washed and dried even though some people had already started getting their food. But their was a lot of sauce bottles.

As a first introduction to nandos though most people seemed to enjoy themselves and i only had one who said he would never return due to the dryness.
