I'm quite disappointed in my order to say the least. Ordered a hotpot however, it was dry, some chicken pieces burnt, didn't get any cutlery and serviettes.

Store was very busy and had only one lady assisting at the till point it took about 15 minutes before she could take my order and another 25 minutes to half an hour f or my food to arrive.

I ordered a chicken wrap food was average I have eaten much better wraps at other Nandos outlets.

Ithink that this would make a perfect sit down and order store. Thus should alleviate the long wait in the cue.
