The best part of a horrible evening in Southampton for footballing reasons was definitely a visit to a new Nando's after 3 previous visits to the city without managing a single Nandventure!

This is the newer of the two Nando's in the city, although I wasn't particularly inspired by the decor. It had a nice feel to it, but nothing outstanding and some weird bird figurines lining the wall in rather mysterious fashion.

The food arrived quickly and was fairly average. No abundance of sauce and not that spice for me. Portion sizes were find, but no better than average.

This Nando's is within walking distance of St Mary's as is the other with the ground a 15-minute walk away. Maybe I'll have better luck with the Nando's and the result if I make it back next season!
