4.5 (Great - Very tender, piping hot, not at all burnt, dripping in sauce)

4 (Very clean, newly furnished, impressive artwork and lighting)

Went in, nice & clean not too busy. Staff got order completely wrong had to refund us... refunded in cash even though paid by card (money laundering standards not adhered to). The member of staff who brought food over waved a couple of dishes in our face didn't explain what they were practically threw one on the table and walked off. Wrong food came back no apology and threw one of our dishes again on the table then had to wait another 10 mins for 2nd main to arrive so didn't eat together. Told manager she apologised and assured me the member of staff who served us isn't usually like that... end of matter... won't return and won't recommend
