


I ordered Nando’s delivery via Nando’s website (Southgate branch N14) and paid and was told I would have my lunch between 2pm-2.10pm. I was waiting outside for the driver who did not show. I checked my phone and saw it had been delivered but I did not receive it. I called Nando’s Southgate branch and spoke with a Kristina who said she is the manager. She said it’s not her problem and I would have to chase it up with deliveroo. I told her with all due respect that I did not order via deliveroo but Nando’s direct and Nando’s is responsible for my food arriving. She said ‘it’s not my problem now, we cooked the food and it’s down to the delivery company’. I said I will come and collect it but again she was not interested in keeping a customer happy. This went on for 20 minutes eventually I told her it’s not right that I paid you direct for a meal that I have not received. She did not care. She should not be allowed to deal with customers and how she became a manger is beyond me. Very poor customer service skills. Needs plenty of training. Kristina you need to go for training urgent. As for the deliveroo driver who stole my food, I hope he enjoyed it. I would have been happy to buy him a meal if he was hungry and had no money to feed himself.
