My girlfriend has a dairy allergy and specifically asked for no mayo in her veggie burger. The burger came and it was with mayo. She took a bite before realising. We took it back and a staff member calls Yass was so helpful. He bought out a new meal for her (without Mayo) he gave us vouchers for a meal on the house as well as some cute little nandos badges. He even offered me a glass of red wine on the house! I have to say his general customer service was exceptional and his manner was just lovely. Kind, thoughtful and professional. Because of my girlfriends allergies and what could have been quite a serious incident, which wasn't acknowledged by the other members of staff, Yass did take it seriously and made us feel very comfortable. Despite the mix up, Yass's customer service was second to none.
