I've given the friendless of staff a 4 based on my first interactions (the greeter and the person taking the order) who were great at entertaining my little one and had great knowledge of allergy containing products we would need to avoid.

Sadly the third member of staff I dealt with would get a solid 1, I went back to the counter to ask for another straw as my little one struggles to pick up the glasses but was told that they no longer offered straws, even after I explained why I needed it, that the first person who took my order was able to provide me with one and where she kept them I was still told that they no longer provided straws.

The food was its usual good standard, everything was hot and arrived in a timely manner, my only complaint here is that we ordered a platter meal and had to go back to the order desk to go and get some plates to split parts of it up - surely something that could have been brought with the meal?

The decor was spot on in Nando's signature style and the entire restaurant including the bathroom had been kept to good standard of cleanliness, however we were seated in one of the baskets and some of the mid to higher parts of the frame were almost completely covered in dust, which felt like it had not been cleaned for quite some time.

Overall, the visit was pleasant and if passing I would visit this branch again as it wasn't too busy at the time we visited. Now knowing that Southwark tube station is just down the road which would make it easier to get to.
