PLACE: Table 21. This is a brand new nandos for London and from the moment you walk in the door, you're left thinking"'what a fantastic poultry arena." Situated under the arches of the railway, the restaurant is dominated by giant raised iron eggs that you can sit 6 people in. They reminded me of jacuzzis but instead of being surrounded by hot water, you're surrounded by hot sauce. 1 point deducted because of the upstairs toilet being closed. I used the disabled which was airblade enabled, albeit mounted very low on the wall 9/10
HOST: Nasiruk. What a disappointing service from Nasiruk. He seemed to be a little nervous and unfriendly but when I handed him my loyalty card, he checked it under a UV light and doubted a stamp from 3 dines ago! I was very tempted to let him know who I am but I thought I'd take the mystery shopper ground and see what he does. Eventually he spoke to the manager and allowed my free half chicken but still, such a let down for a 'straunt of this grandeur 4/10
FOOD: Good. Borrowed some perinaise which added a new dimension to the home made pitta. Half chicken was cut badly and the oyster was missing. Also, not very spicy and pineapple was left ungrilled. As it was 11pm, they threw in a couple of naughty natas, which I hate 7/10
