I feel I am a loyal customer to the St Andrews Nandos as I am there on a weekly basis. I have noticed the staff are constantly changing and the service is decreases as the weeks go on. On Saturday night around 9:00 a couple friends and I ordered our usual meal platters. We were told we would be 20 minutes wait which was no issue for us. After 55 minutes of waiting we were finally served our food which wasn't to a great standard. They also then told us they had no piri piri spice for the chips so we were given them plain. I am not one to usual complain about service as I work in a similar trade and understand the problems which may occur. While waiting I noticed the floor around us was covered in straw wrappers and some left over food. We were actually seated in the empty section of the restaurant so I don't understand why it wasn't clean. Extremely disappointed.
