Vistited today as have enjoyed Nando’s in many other places. Service was extremely quick, began eating and noticed chicken wasn’t cooked through and still pink. This was then sent back another meal was offered but due to the first poorly cooked meal the risk was not worth it.a Poor apology was offered and we was granted a refund for that one meal. Others were put of there meal after seeing mine was undercooked so myself and accompanying person left with displeasure and empty stomachs after having a long visit for test at hospital, I thought this would have been a nice treat for my mother unfortunately not, hoping no other customers had this experience on this day
