Comments - Stand out in our monthly competition! What did you eat? Unique aspects? Parking/transport tips?:
I had a wonderful meal at Staines Nando's after a job in Surrey that I finished around 3.30. There is parking right outside Nando's in an outdoor car park at £1 an hour which is reasonable.
This Nando's had a refurb around 2 years ago and it looks brilliant. There's an impressive structure on the ceiling as you walk in with lights hanging down off it and a plethora of colourful ceramic pots along the back of the restaurant. There's also an upstairs area so this Nando's is fairly big.
Food was lovely although I was initially served a lemon and herb half chicken by mistake! It was soon rectified and the chicken was big, spicy and tasty. I did need some extra peri salt, however.
The staff were great, especially manager Martin who was incredibly welcoming and helpful! My 175th different Nando's visit was a resounding success.
