Stanmore - Blaynos Review
Can only echo what James said in the first review - always good to see another Nando's in North West London. I also popped into this branch on Monday evening but didn't see him! (Although that's probably because I ordered mine as a takeaway online)
Branch is located at the three-way junction on Stanmore High Street, roughly opposite the Sainsbury's, about 5-10mins away from the tube station (Jubilee). Parking available in the form of those parallel strips next to the main road, which I assume are all pay and display during certain hours, and a handful of London buses serve the joint.
Restaurant itself is clean and new, as you'd hope for, so can only be a 5/5. There's some seats on your left to wait as you enter and the tills/kitchen straight ahead of you; the rest of the branch is on your right and down towards the rear (new electric drinks machine of course in service), but otherwise didn't have an in-depth look at the branch if I'm honest.
No Nandoca upon arrival but went straight to the till where I was served pretty quickly and then waited 2-3mins for my food. The girl who served me just handed the bag over the till somewhat abruptly, which is a little rare for a new branch, normally they're a lot more keen and friendly!
Food was excellent. Lots of sauce on the burger, which was of good size, but notably a tad overcooked. Peri chips were perfect, so a good 4.5.
All in all, a decent start for the branch.
