Stevenage - Leisure Park - Anonymous Review
We visited Nando’s leisure park branch Stevenage on 2/7/22 and waited for 1 hr for our order. People next to our table got their orders and we approached 3 attendants about our order.
I approached the manager Kevin about the order and he said the order was 20 min ago. I showed him the bill timing and he said your bill time is different order was placed 20 min ago.
1. It is not my bill it is Nando’s bill.
2. Instead of admitting it was their fault, I felt he was trying to tell me i am wrong.
3. He came to our table and said the lady(me) is not listening to me and said we will talk after your dinner. He did not even apologise.
4. He said I am the manager and your feedback/ complaint will stop with me. Can any one believe the attitude of this manager!
I will not visit this branch at all and will inform hospital colleagues of my experience.
I hope actions are taken by the franchise management.
