Comments - Stand out in our monthly competition! What did you eat? Unique aspects? Parking/transport tips?:

This store is located in a leisure complex a short distance from the A1 and has fierce competition with McDonalds, Frankie and bennys, Ask, Pizza hut and Chiquitos. It does however benefit from a massive free car park, Cinema, Bowling centre and a Gym to draw people in. the store is quite stand alone which is a benefit on the parking front.

Upon entering the store it was quite busy and the staff were running ragged, we were seated quite quickly on one of the perimeter tables which had soft form seating one side and wooden chairs on the other. There were also round tables with soft circular seating round them in the middle and also booths down the side of the store. The toilets were clean and compact.

I went up for service and the till broke mid order which meant I failed to get a receipt, but the manager assured me and the till girl that the order had gone through.

I went back to the table to await the order which took quite a long time to the point I was getting ready to head back up to complain esp when the people on the table next to us who arrived after us got their food before us.

The chicken was nothing special but the breast was tiny and about a third of the size of a Scottish breast and a bit charred with the wing being burnt beyond edibility. Chips were well cooked but had been allowed to cool down before being brought over.

Whilst the chicken could improve, the store was ok
