Stockton Heath - Marc Joss Review
There were reports of a difficult parking situation at Stockton Heath Nando's, but luckily for us, Sundays are easy and you can park in the bays just off the high street which is what we did before heading to Anfield to see the Arsenal.
This Nando's looks quite slick from the outside with an all white front and a raised area away from the pavement before you actually enter the restaurant. We had to wait for around 5 minutes to be seated which was fine, we weren't in a rush. The interior is fairly standard, although the Christmas decorations did look particularly nice.
The 5 of us ordered and the food came fairly swiftly with little time between the first and fifth people receiving their meals. The only part missing from mine was the halloumi, but that arrived soon after I mentioned it to a Nandoca. My food was delicious. My half chicken was saucy, wholesome and delicious. My peri-chips were plentiful and tasty and my garlic bread did just the trick when combined with halloumi, chicken and my own peri-naise. My only question mark lies over the spiciness as my extra hot chicken was not actually spicy enough for me.
The staff were friendly and did as expected. All in all this was a decent, convenient Nando's before we continued the journey to Liverpool.
