A visit to the brand new Stoke Nando's was the highlight of a relatively successful day in which Arsenal managed to avoid defeat at the Britannia stadium.

This is a nice, big Nando's with a big glass front and additional seating upstairs which wasn't in use on this Sunday afternoon. All the staff were very friendly and lots of them were football fans who wanted a chat given most of our group were in Arsenal colours. Nine of us managed to fit on a booth and everyone's food seemed to come in a five-minute window and was accurate which was impressive.

My half chicken was plentiful, tasty and spicy and my sides were perfect so it has to be a 5 for food from me. The décor is rather nice with colourful pots hanging from the ceiling in keeping with local tradition. It was a very good Nando's overall!
