I was actually in Dalston and about to head to the Nando’s there, only to find out it was closed for refurbishment (not many things are more annoying!)… So wandered up to the Stoke Newington branch, about 15mins away. The branch itself is on the very long Stoke Newington Church Street, approximately dead middle between Green Lanes and Stoke Newington High Street (A10). I’d guess it’s about 10mins from the station, but 73, 393, 476 (I think!) go past on the narrow road.

The branch itself is one I’d expect to see in some small English village. Quite rustic-y feel but definitely quite modern too, as shown by the electric drinks machine. Cosy but not claustrophobic by any means. I was immediately served when I entered and my wrap came pretty sharpish too. It could have done with more chicken (it felt very lettucey – another reason why I wouldn’t normally buy one unless it was on a reward, like this one, even with the new prices). Very clean and neat, with plenty of cutlery and sauces on offer; and would probably get a 5/5 if not for its size! (As such, I’ve shifted food up to 3, rather than 2.5, to try and compensate.
