Waiting time for food would only have been ten minutes if they had brought the correct meal over. And the chips were under done...

Got there about 6.40pm and it was one of the most organised Nando's I've been to. They've got a desk thing In front to greet and give menus but it is a bit impersonal and cold like they're hiding. Anyway a guy showed me to the table as I passed the queue separated by rope and keeping the area free for people to walk around. As I went to queue his colleague decided to stick a couple right beside my table 19, but the tables are small and close together. This is uncomfortable.

Ordering was easy and Pedro took my order correctly so not sure why they tried to bring rice over with the chicken and peri chips, haven't had rice there in years.

Tried to stealthily hide the Nando's stick behind me not realising there was no back on the chair, and heard a loud clang on the floor. The guy at table 16 looked at me and we both burst out laughing.

I think it was a girl using the loo with the door open as I went in there but she was standing, facing the loo?.. It was weird either way, but the toilet I used was okay.

Easy enough to find this branch. Exit Stratford station, cut through the mall. Exit, take the left, cross the church, take a left and you're there on the corner of Romford Road meeting the broadway. Not been to the Westfield branch yet but if it's anything like the Bush one, is it best to avoid it?

Food was okay, a burnt wing portion, underdone chips and the lightest sprinkling of peri salt. Staff were okay, why do they always need the menus back so quickly, I'm sure they have plenty. The guy from table 18 moved himself to table 21. Then the next couple the same woman brought to table 18 also moved themselves over to table 21. I'm sure it wasn't because they didn't want to sit next to me, the tables in that section are too close together. There are about 4 separate sections in this branch, plenty of space that they've used but sometimes even shorties like me need leg room.
