I visited the Streatham branch with my family after my university graduation and apparently there had been an incident with kids fighting so service had slowed down. But Jack was in charge and he was amazing. He calmed us down and although we were hungry and had to wait, we were still happy to. He is so organised and has all the patience. We moved take twice and he was still very helpful. Aww, he has the excellent customer service and managerial skills. The food was also very nice. In all, it was an excellent experience. The programme was in Greenwich and we passed quite a few branches just to go all the way to this branch for such great service. I love this branch. Keep it up.
