Been to this branch several times since moving to the area but haven't reviewed it since the refurb. The al-fresco dining area is no more, and has instead been converted into a normal restaurant, with more space either side of the branch as you enter. Rest of the branch doesn't really look that amazing given it's been recently done up and, when we went on one of the earlier occasions (to which this review, dated wrongly as I have no idea, refers to), it appears that among the many new members of staff, they lacked appropriate training - not their fault.
Firstly they messed up with my Nando's card when trying to redeem a reward so it didn't end up going through; and then the order brought to me was wrong. Staff were quite poor when helping out in the situation and it took ages to rectify with no compensation whatsoever. This is generally quite a busy branch and service levels can vary wildly in terms of speed/efficiency. However, it has to be said, food is generally quite good. Just a shame they've lost the outdoor seating area.
