This was one of the spontaneous, I want to go to Nando’s visits, It’s odd that I hadn’t been to this branch sooner since it’s so close to where I live. It’s not in the nicest of areas though, It’s a short walk from Finsbury Park station, when we arrived the front bit of the restaurant was empty, and everyone was sat in the back, somehow we ended up sat in the back on a round table, though I would have preferred the front, the greeter didn’t really speak good English so I wasn’t quite sure what they were saying, I prefer just being shown to a table and not just having a hand waved in a general direction, so we ended up sitting on one of the most awkward tables, though it was close to the drinks machine.

Friendliness of Staff – As I just said I found it a bit rude that we just got waved towards any table instead of shown to one, other than that all of the staff members were pleasant and friendly, 3/5 for staff.

Speed of Service – The food was brought over in about 10 minutes, there was no queue to order, so no wait there, though my girlfriend had to wait longer for her salad to be brought over again, as I’ll discuss in food 3/5 for Speed

Food – My food was lovely, average, but lovely. The chicken was cooked well and the garlic bread and chips were good, but nothing special. My girlfriends food however, she claimed that some of her salad was still frozen, so she complained and then had a new salad brought over, which wasn’t frozen, but other than that the food was average. 3/5 for food.

Décor – This branch has a nice outside eating area, I’m really not sure why because this is possibly one of the unlikely places someone would want to eat outside, over the road you only have views of takeaways and a dry cleaners, and of course a 4 way traffic light thing. On a wall above the branch there’s a painting of the Nando’s logo, which can only really be seen if you’re coming from the opposite direction that I was. 4/5 for Décor.

Overall an average branch, and I probably won’t be returning because it’s not a pleasant area, but it’s not a bad branch 3/5 for it.
