Tallaght - Anonymous Review

In my last 3 visits in Nandos Tallaght (within 2 weeks) staffs were falsely reassuring us about the Bottomless ice cream machine. Paid 3x online and never once the machine was working. I never ordered it unless staffs reassured us that it is available and working. As soon as orders were made, all of the sudden machine is broken.

First incident: manager offered their other ice cream menu to which we agreed to.
Second incident: we opted for a refund. Got €9 back which actually was supposed to be €9.50 (€4.75 each).
Third incident (today): 2 staffs kept on telling us “we will come back with the cups”
“Refilling the machine, i’ll tell you when it’s ready”
“Still not ready, maybe in 10minutes.”
And mind you, they never came back to follow up and we were the ones who kept on approaching them and were not helpful with the situation. Two waitresses gave us the “im not in the mood to work today” look and never were of any help at all. We asked for a refund twice to no avail (waited for about 15-20min at this stage).. until we finally approached the manager to which he was atleast apologetic and refunded us €9.50

Our experience here were so triggering to the point that I left a review here to which I dont normally do. Please train your staffs accordingly. We were patient the whole time, we thought we’ll get the same treatment.
