


I recently visited Nando's with my family of five, and while the experience started off a bit chaotic, it ended on a very positive note thanks to Megan, the manager.
When we placed our order, the girl at the till was new to the role (she usually waits tables) and was understandably a bit flustered. There were a couple of attempts to cancel and redo the order, which caused some confusion. In the midst of this, we forgot to mention that we were fasting and needed the food to be served at a specific time.
When the food came out straight away, I explained the situation and asked if it could be served in 25 minutes instead. Megan stepped in and handled everything with empathy and professionalism. She quickly took charge of the situation when the other staff were unable to resolve it. Megan ensured that our food was brought out at exactly 6 PM, as requested, and her understanding and top-notch service made all the difference.
We can't thank Megan enough for her quick thinking and excellent customer service. She turned what could have been a stressful experience into a smooth and enjoyable one. Thank you, Megan!
