Absolutely ridiculous! Wasn't even that busy and they couldn't handle it. We placed our order 7.24pm and it is now 8.03pm and have not received my order. People have placed their order after us and have recieved their orders. We are regulars and are very disappointed with the service we have recieved! They are absolutely lost. And have no idea how to organise themselves when they have busy.
