We booked for a Birthday at Nandos The Base,it was the filthiest experience and most unsafe.Our group of 15 had to find chairs that were no broken to sit on,the tables ,chairs,floors ,staircase handles werre sticky and filthy with piled up dirt. The sanitation facilities were absolutely appalling, that no patrons could use in an emergency. The cutlery and plates were filthy,it was nothing we experienced ever before.The most frustrating part of this was the Manager,or owner Jay ,didnt care a bit that he had these complaints coming forward. This is a place the public go to eat at,what about food contamination of they are practicing so unhygienically. The people serving us were sweaty and handling food and no gloves used or any hygiene protocol on terms of food preparation.our hands were filthy brown from touching rhe tables and the stair rails and just about everything. Disgusting!
