Arrived at this Nando's on a very wet Wednesday night - so was eagerly looking forward to some peri-peri. The Nando's is is located on Tooting High Street and so parking is restricted. Luckily as I was arriving after 8pm, I could park in one of the side streets without worry. Seems restricted during the day though. Tooting Bec tube stop is also up the road, half a mile walk away.

As with most older London-based Nando's, the decor is average. Lots of brown everywhere with standard lighting - and not a huge amount of space or tables. This was certainly the case here. Staff were also cheerful enough but doing everything as expected.

That's where it stopped being avergae though, because the food was delicious. Only a 7 minute wait and then what came was a massive half chicken with hot and moist and smothered meat all the way over it made this a delicious meal. The portion of chips was huge as well - spilling off the plate. There just wasn't enough room for the chicken, chips and dish for the rice as the portion size was huge. The chips were hot and crispy and the rice ht and moist too. It certainly warmed me up!
