A new Nando's in my journey, I went to this one because it's so close to my girlfriend's house, it's pretty easy to find, just a 5 minute walk up the street from Tooting Bec station. I didn't really like this area... But reviews must be done! It was almost empty when we arrived about 6ish but then people started pouring in and it got busy pretty quick.

Friendliness of staff - The staff were nice and friendly in this branch with the greeter letting us choose our own table and smiling a lot, the person who served us was rather cheery as well nothing exceptional happened though, so 3/5 for staff.

Speed of Service - The food came really quickly! It arrived just after I'd sat down, well half of it, the other half came a minute after the branch wasn't that busy but still really fast! 5/5 for Speed!

Food - The chips and the garlic bread were lovely, a huge portion of chips and garlic bread cooked perfectly. The chicken though was quite disappointing, it was flavourless and really tough and over cooked, I actually gave up eating it after a while because it wasn't that nice :( 1.5/5 for food.

Decor - This branch had some really cool and fun Nando's posters on the walls with different kinds of instructions or rules and stuff like that. It was funny reading them. The branch had a good layout, the entrance being one long ramp that curves past the tills and has benches on for people waiting or getting a takeaway. It's also nice that it separates the people entering, waiting or ordering from the people eating their meals. All of the tables are on the other side of this barrier and they are nicely spaced out.
4/5 for decor because of the cool posters.

Overall this was a disappointing meal, mainly because of the chicken and an annoying child which kept shouting and screaming, I hate parents who bring their kids to restaurants then just let them ruin everyone else's meals :@ 2/5 for this branch.
